According to the approved plan for holding seminars in Khatlon and Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Regions, in the framework of the Rural Economy Development project, from July 2nd to July 4th, 2022 “Hotel business development” seminar was held at the Faroz Hotel in the city of Levakant, Khatlon region.

The purpose of this seminar was to increase the level of knowledge and skills of tourism sector workers in hospitality, market research and development of tourist products in Khatlon region, as well as to improve the level and quality of services of hotels, restaurants and canteens.

The seminar was attended by 18 representatives of hotels, restaurants and canteens from the city of Levakant, Khatlon region, including 8 women.

Аccording to the approved plan, such seminars will also be held during July-August of this year in other cities and districts of Khatlon region and GBAO.
